Re: SSMC : IO Error while adding store servs to SSMC
What is the SSMC version?
What is the exact error message?
Did you tried to restart SSMC?
What is the 3PAR model?
What is the Inform OS version installed in 3PAR?
What is the Service Processor (SP) OS version?
Hope this helps!

Re: SSMC : IO Error while adding store servs to SSMC
Login to SSMC Admin console and check if 3PAR added or not. If not then re-add it and check.
If you are running SSMC in Windows machine then try below commands,
sc stop ssmc
sc start ssmc
Hope this helps!
