SSMC reports errors
I did a clean installation of SSMC on a clean Windows 2012 VM. Everything works fine except in the Reports section. When I run a report like CPG space, it works fine. However when I take a report on performance statistics I get the following error:
HTTP Error from server [500]

< head>< meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>< title>Error 500 Server Error
< /head>< body>
HTTP ERROR 500
< p>Problem accessing /performancereports/REST/performancereportsviewservice/vlun/perf/historical/report/668B20F0-C3AB-445E-8E87-29918978C10E. Anyone else has seen this and found a solution?

Re: SSMC reports errors
Seem to be a Bug.
I got the same error on multiple Customer Sites.
It always works if I coose the other Time selection option.
(There are two Options)

Re: SSMC reports errors
I just tried all the time options... Always the same error.
In the past HP tools were 'sensitive' to regional settings (since I am not in the US) but I changed all my regional settings to English-US, reinstalled SSMC... Still not working...

Re: SSMC reports errors
I ran into exactly the same problem on a Windows 2012 VM
Even the release note suggests to set the regionals to English/US, but with the same result.
However I also installed it on a Linux CentOS VM.
And guess what: it works like a charm !!
[root@XXXXXXX etc]# cat redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.0.1406 (Core)
[root@XXXXXXX etc]# localectl status
System Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8
VC Keymap: us
X11 Layout: us
