Starting HPE 3par 7200 Storage with a single array.
Recently was involved in a data center shifting . One of the components which was an old out of support hpe 3par 7200 . Everything came up expect this old HPE 3 par which was supposed to hold non critical data. But now the client claims it has critical data. Issue is one of the controller nodes seems to have faield .
Is there a way for HPE 3 par to start with a single node for the client to reterive his data. I am basically a networking guy so please bear with me if I have said something stupid

Re: Starting HPE 3par 7200 Storage with a single array.
Hello @JohnHonai,
3PAR can work with single node. But shows a lot of critical degraded alerts.

Wow , thanks for the quick response. At least that pulls half the pressure form me knowing it is possible . Is there any document that points me towards the right direction . As said don't know much about storage but can read

Re: Starting HPE 3par 7200 Storage with a single array.
Hello @JohnHonai,
Here is all the documents for 3PAR - https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=c03793101
You can refer 'Setting Up a Factory-Integrated Storage System' and 'Verifying Setup and Powering ON the Storage System'
FYI: The document speaks about the standard condition where both the nodes are working. You may face more hurdles in your scenario. But overall you can depend on the document.
