Re: support for me with 3PAR Management console

It's a known bug

Just close and re-open Management Console. This should fix your issue.

You need to switch to the CLI.  Your system seems real sick.  Seems similar to what I just saw yesterday.

What do these commands show?

showvv -s

showld -s

showpd -s

checkhealth -detail

Perhaps for the IMC but NOT for the array.

Your system is seriously sick and most likely needs Support to be involved.

Please use the remote CLI client or ssh access, to do the above commands and provide the output.

It would be much better to attach text files.  I can't cut&paste or grep out of pictures.

>showvv -s

>showld -s

The first thing you need to do is: admithw

This will create the admin VV.

>showpd -s

I didn't see any?  I see at least 10 PDs that need to be admitted.

>checkhealth -detail

Perhaps all you need is admithw.

Re: 3PAR Management console shows degraded status (admin VV not mounted)

I want to change the password, then how?

Try the default password for 3paradm?  admithw may have reset it.

Re: 3PAR Management console shows degraded status (admin VV not mounted)

how do you connect to the command prompt. All i ever get a number option menu. i would prefere to connect to a GUI but have not idea how to connect to that either.  I did try to connect to the web gui using this link  https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04868904&docLocale=en_US but i had no luck. Also the Ip on that link shows 1.0.xxx but wireshre says it is 169.xxx ip. I'm not sure i you need a certain version or what.
