Unable to Access SSMC 3.2

Hi Team,

I'm unable to access SSMC in Brower, I've checked with network team 8443 port is opened. Even tried to Restart SSMC services but no luck, Please advise me t-shoot steps

please note CLI is working fine

Hi Santhosh,

Is this a new setup? Or was it working before? If it was working, do we know what changed exactly here? What is the 3PAR model/Inform OS version? Are they supported with the SSMC version 3.2? 

Port 8443 is used for inbound connections. To communicate with an array, SSMC uses outbound port 5783. Is this port also opened?

Also, when you try to connect from GUI, is the page opening and reporting an error?

Also, the latest SSMC 3.2 version is too old (released in 2018). The latest version is 3.8.5 - HPE 3PAR StoreServ Management Console | HPE Support. . So please ensure the Array OS version is compatibile with the SSMC version.
