User guide and cage firmware out of date" error

Hi,

I lost the user guide of the old simulator, and on the doenload page of the new one there is only Release Notes document.

Are there anyone can share with me this manual ?

Second question is if it is possible to solve the "cage firmware unknown/out of date" error.

Not sure why a simulator would simulate cage FW but the command to update it would be:

upgradecage -a
