which port number is used by QW to communicate between 3par and QW?
I have checked remote copy user guide, but at the QW requirement section it is not mentioned about this, it just says QW need access the same network as the two 3par array

It is in the remote copy user guide, just well buried. :)
"Make sure port 8080 is open between the storage arrays and the quorum witness."
