Wsapi
Hello experts, im tryng to collect data from a 3par 7200c. but the wapi is 1.4 version and the SAF collector cannot collect data, because the wasi is old, is there a way to upgrade the wsapi?? or i must to upgrade the inform os?

Hello, are you sure taht the wsapi is running?
issue this commands to make sure:
#startwsapi
#showwsapi
#showversion -a -b
just to make sure..
If at the end you're sure that the wsapi needs to be updated, you're going to need to update the whole InformOS.
and also, keep in mind that you need to get in touch with HPE 3PAR support so they can assit you with the 3PAR upgrade as it is a delicate process.
In the meantime, please run this commands so you may have a quick idea if the array may be upgraded online:
#checkupgrade
#showhost -pathsum
that last command will show if all the hosts are connected to the array through at least 2 different paths/controllers.
