can not access to Lan console

I have a HP 9000 A400 sever.
I have configured Lan Console using secure web console via GSP.
using lc comand configure IP,subnetmask,...etc.

when I finished this configuation, I connect the 10 BaseT RJ45 Lan Console port on the rear of A-Class server to my local network.And then I use Telnet from other PC on the LAN, I get this message "Sorry, LAN Console access is currently disabled"

Please advise

You should enable lan console access in GSP.
Get into GSP by pressing "Ctrl+B" and there, type "EL" in order to enable the fuction of the lan console.
