CPU and Memory Upgrade

Hello Gurus,

we are planning to upgrade some of our HP-UX systems. Can any one have some information about maximum numbers of CPU and Memory supported by these models.

1:9000/800/S16K-A (rp8400)
2:9000/800/L3000-7x
3:9000/800/rp7410
