Go to the ITRC home page at www.itrc.hp.com (since you found the forums you know where the home page is).

Under Maintenance and Support select "Search Technical Knowledge Base"

At the top where it says "Search by Keyword" change this to "Search by Doc Id"

Enter in your document Id 25689dhtm and press Search

Your document was displayed on the screen for me.
