some body known the voltage maximum between grond & Neutral, from the IEEE standar.

I don't know that there is an IEEE standard for ground-neutral. By definition, it should be zero and anything other than a few millivolts indicates a ground fault. The National Electrical Code is more useful in this case.

Note that bad wiring can cause volts, even dozens of volts to appear between ground and neutral, indicating bad design and possibly very dangerous. Most computer room environments specify dedicated ground-neutral connections directly from the electrical entrance.
