EMS message for SE10 in RAID5
we have one HP SE10 with 4 HDDs of 36GB each, COnnected to L-class server installed with HP 4Si RAID card. All the HDDs connected are configurred in RAID 5. I am getting an EMS message daily at around 2:30 pm informing about media defects. However when I try to locate media errors using 'irm' utility it does't show any media errors. the message is as follows

EMS is telling you it has a definite hardware issue with this disk...and is recommending getting this disk replaced.

The EMS is giving you a good explanation like this.
Disk at hardware path 0/7/0/1.0.0.0 : Excessive number of new
media-defects.
Change the HDD on the H/W path.

The System is detecting the SE10 with 4*36 Gb HDDs as one HDD at the following address as if it is one HDD of 100gb.How to verify which HDD amongst This.
