FLT I/O 802B Unable to start server

My HP 9000 server refuses to start. The server console and monitor console showes this error: FLT I/O 802B.

there is no exact match in itrc.

My best guessed based on the research below is that you have a K class server(I would not have to guess that you should post it) and your SCSI I/O bus is gone.

It may be as simple as a terminator missing.

It may be a blown board, bad cable or even a bad drive age.

This error means:
FLT 802B I/O bus overlap (usually due to graphics configuration violation)

What happens if you detach the monitor console and just use the normal console?

We are talking about a K class aren't we?
