Do any of the standard commands work ?

etc...

What model HW are you working with ? Did this used to work and now it does not ? Console issues ?

If all worked previously and this is not some weird console emulation issue it may just be the firware went out to lunch ? How to update/reload firmware when the GSP commands do not work.. My guess is a MP hardware replacement. i.e. service call to HP.
