the rp8420 is a cell server, and the performance calculate by tpmc increase with the number of cell, but it's not a multiple of the number of the cell of course.
So, if my information is still correct, a cell PA8800 at 1000Mhz is about 140000 oltp. I don't know for more than 1 cell.
