how to setup an external modem in N4000?

Hi All,

I am going to setup an external modem in a HP N4000 server for remote access.

Is there somebody can help to provide some useful docs?

You could use the general purpose serial port
on the back of the machine. Be aware that on
previous model systems that the port was never
supported to be used with modems. You will also
find that the existing extenal modem supplied
with the system is not supported for dial-in
dial-out. This was designed only for the use
of predictive.
