HP 7550 CRT Monitor Part Number

Could anyone tell me how I can look up a part number on HP 7550 CRT 17" Flat screen monitor? I need to start a help ticket because the foot that was sent with it doesn't fit.

http://www.partsurfer.hp.com

there are three different CRT screens with the name 7550, check the part numberts for yours, should be on the back of your screen.
