Re: HP9000 K220 800
first of all you should have up to date firmware and software.
The current firmware for K220 can be downloaded as patch PF_CKHK0029 from ITRC.
General Release patch bundle for HP-UX 10.20
http://www.software.hp.com/SUPPORT_PLUS/gr.html
Hardware enablement and critical patches for HP-UX 10.20 on HP servers
http://www.software.hp.com/SUPPORT_PLUS/hwcr.html
If the problem will still exist, then is the probability, that is the hardware problem.
Regards,
Zygmunt

Re: HP9000 K220 800
I am sure that a trace would provide the answers but I am not sure how to set it up and then diagnose the output. Is there a document that can help me?
thanks
David

Re: HP9000 K220 800
Have a look at /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log to see if there are any clues to what's going on between those times.
Best Regards,
Dave
