No. 11i is officially HP/UX ver 11.11. It is a later version than 11.00 .
So no, HP/UX 11i refers to one version of HP/UX.

11i ver 1.5 => 11.20 (Itanium only)
11i ver 1.6 => 11.22 (Itanium only)
Those are the most current.
