How do i know in ILO how many memory slots are available or free at present.

Hi,
It will be helpful if you mention the server model and iLO version.
Assuming its iLO5, here is a video on Viewing Processor and Memory Information in iLO 5 Web Interface.

probably you have to check the checkbox "show empty slots" at the memory section
