Hi

You can safetly reset GSP , if you are not able to do with command prompt , there small button on the back plane of server to reset the same.

Hi Arun,

RP2470 has the GSP reset switch on the rear side of the server. You can easily reset from there...

From my experience, I have never had a problem resetting the GSP if it is an "A" revision GSP. But, the 5 or 6 times I have had to reset a "B" revision GSP, it has crashed the system. Tried it several times on multiple test systems after a production system crashed the first time I tried it here.
