L2000 can't boot, stay at 'HARD Booted'!Urgent!!

Hi,

My L2000 can't boot, stay at 'HARD Booted',
I have replaced the motherboard, Lan/SCSI card and I/O Backplane. The 'sea' command at BCH can execute successfully and find all disks and DVD. No HPMC....

Pls. help....& Thanks in advance.
Keep finding is the way.

My first guess would be the IO subsystem. Kick every SCSI and fibre channel card out of the system that isn't used to boot the system. Minimize the system to just the boot path and ensure that this SCSI or FC line is really cleanG?? and than try again
There is no good troubleshooting with bad data
