It seems that could be hardware problem. I checked cable, switch port,EL option ,I mean every thing related to software and network configuration. I tried connecting my laptop to the lan console port directly with a cross over cable. Link shows up. But I can't ping or telnet...!

Sorry to say this but seems like its time to call the 800 number and press 1 ;) (to open a new hardware call).
