It is minimum 64MB - maximum 1024MB

If you update the firmware to the latest or are already running the latest PDC firmware 2.9, then you can have upto 4gb max ram.
The K200 has 1 carrier board with 8 paired modules available.
refer to this guide for memory upgrades

The newer firmware allows the use of the 512mb kits available
The memory module kits are
A3027A 128MB KIT (2X 64MB DIMMS)
A3483A 256MB KIT (2X 128MB DIMMS)
A3737A 512MB KIT (2X 256MB DIMMS)
8 modules(pairs) in total can be installed
