my remote emulation

We use the software of remote emulation in a thin client as a console connecting to server rp3440. But now after the connection is built,the MP login did not appear but Mp password .After typing the default password--Admin there is no reponse.what is the problem?? Thanks

Is there no response when you press enter again?

Try pressing -e c f
