Power Control on RP3440

We have 2 RP3440 servers in a cluster. Lately we have had to power our servers off for UPS maintenance. We power them off using the GSP. When facility power comes back on line, the servers power up and start booting. The problem here is that power was going up and down during UPS maintenance, which is not good for the servers.

My question is, is there any way to configure the servers so that when they are powered off, using the GSP, they stay off even when facility power is restored until we power them on with the GSP?

I looked through the doco and didn't see anything that looks like it would work.

Thanks.

Re: Power Control on RP3440

Go to the MP (GSP) and have a look at this command:

PR : Power Restore Policy Config.

HTH

Hope this helps!
