The problem is with SCSI reset check terminations,disks,cables,controllers.

I agree generally this is a hardware issue...but not too long ago I came across a patch problem related to something like this.
You don't mention your system o/s - or if this occurs only at certain times or intermittently throughout the day.

we have hpux 11.00 and i had check for loose contact for scsi cable and Terminitor but then also the problem is
there.
