Re: Reset GSP

The first thing I would be looking at here, if it does not work (the reset) is the level of the GSP firmware itself.

Here is one way to check if the reset was successful.

# stty +queryGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1

Only other course of action in this case as far as I know is a system reboot.
Anyone for a Mutiny ?

Re: Reset GSP

Check the firmware. Also check stty +queryGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1

Other way is a reboot of machine.
There is no substitute to HARDWORK

Re: Reset GSP

Hi, please pay attention that:
1. It must be root to run stty command to reset the GSP setting;
2. You must run this command in the console.(Telnet or X-simulator take no effect at all.)

Good luck!

Re: Reset GSP

Hello!

You have a reset button on the GSP card
that if you will press it card will reset,
the button is on the card in the server and
if you will look from the side of server, where
is the slot you will see a white button
