You can use the HP-UX command below to reset the password for MP :
# stty +resetGSP
NOTE : maybe GSPdiag2, check on ioscan
From GSP :
ctrl-b to reach GSP
GSP> xd -> r

The last source to reset the password for MP is by pressing MP reset button, but make sure you have the information of the IP for the MP.

Is go to the MP and hold down the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
After that the default values are in place.
This means also al your configurations are gone. like network.
