Superdome support

I am looking at buying a used Superdome and I am waiting on a response which is taking forever on what the approx monthly support will be on a base 32way for 24x7 4hr response..... if you know what the line item option is as well that would help.....many thanks

There are several Superdome systems, do you have a product number? that will help.
