system hangs

hi,
I have a hp ze1210 notebook.It's hanging for past few months.All of a sudden it just freezes.The mouse doesn't work and even ctrl/alt/del also doesn't work.I have even rebooted the whole system.This problem is more commonly seen when I am on interent.No virus has been found.I would be gratefl if anyone could advise me about this.
