T600 FLT 0040 or 0060 after 9006 with SP init
A T600 was not booted with FLT 0040 or 0060
while Service processor tested the system.
On the bottom of console line , TEST 9006
was displayed and then changed to FLT 0040
or 0060.
It seems SP has some problem to initialize
console/lan card, or processor backplane.
If someone got same experience , please let
me know the reason and how to fix it.
I checked CPUs ,mother boards and console/lan card , but there was no problem.
I'll wait the response.

I would strongly recommend you get your Hardware Support organisation to investigate this as it could be various issues.
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Re: T600 FLT 0040 or 0060 after 9006 with SP init
This seems to be a strange problem, because Chassis Codes normally don't start with 0...
The last test (9006) was the initializing of the console path, the Service Processor has to ways to send messages to the console, via a direct serial connection to the console lan card and via the "normal" way via upper and lower busconverter and the PB bus. Check both the console path and the two flat cables (properly connected ?) between the upper and the lower busconverter. If the problem resides, I can only recomend to contact your HP Responsecenter to troubleshoot the problem.

Re: T600 FLT 0040 or 0060 after 9006 with SP init
I found the problem and how to fix it.
The problem was service processor with power
recycle, it means, flt was occured after
power recycle to find console path even if
there was no problem between core io board
and SP board. But if I entered shutdown -r
, reboot or RS in SP mode, there is no problem. I guess the point is that SP cannot
find right console path when start up
procedure.
It was fixed with replacement of SP board.
Thanks for your advices.
Best regards,
jhchae
