Help,
What does this mean, is my server broken or need service?
Which processor is bad??????

No valid timestamp
HPMC Chassis Codes = No chassis codes logged

Timestamp = Wed Jun 30 03:54:35 GMT 2004 (20:04:06:30:03:54:35)

Hi Robert,
There's a VERY high chance that CPU 0 has failed. Generally when a CPU has no timestamp while others do it's an indication that the CPU was unresponsive when the HPMC was generated.
Log a HW call with the response center. You're probably going to need a CE to come out to replace it.
