You may need to reset the web console. If you want to do a hard reset, here's the procedure:
Reset to factory settings - To perform a hard reset of the SWC to factory defaults proceed as follows:

Performing a hard reset to factory defaults will erase user configuration settings.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1. Unplug the SWC power supply module from the SWC.
Step 2. Depress and hold the reset switch on the SWC box while reconnecting power in the next step.
