ftp://docs.hp.com/dist/gspfirmware
For complete download instructions see the "README-A0109.html" file.

Try this,

ftp docs.hp.com
username : anonymous
password : your_email_address

bin
cd dist
cd gspfirmware-A6696B

download the files from this directory and don't forget to refer the readme file README-B0207.pdf
