3500 y vlan issue

Hi, I have a stack of two 48 port 3500y units that are stacked via the stacking modules. Here is my question: We have a vlan on port 48 of the commander switch. What do I program in the stack to be able to have the member use this vlan? This port is connected to a Verizon Ethernet circuit that connects multiple sites. The vlan Id is 315 and the ip address is 10.200.18.1 The default vlan for the master has an ip of 10.9.16.240 and the default vlan for the member has an ip of 10.9.16.239 Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks in advance!
