Hello,
This morning we have lost one of our 5406zl without doing any change. All the users connected were not able to connect.
The user on site took a picture (please find it attached) => The fault LED was blinking and ALL the interfaces were in solid green/orange.
When trying to diagnose with the 5406 guide, we do not fit in any scenario of the LED troubleshooting part. As nobody could log in console we rebooted the switch and the situation came back to the normal.
As I do not find any related scenario Do you thing we can assume the image has just frozen ?
image is K.15.03.0007
Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas !
Best regards.
kara.

Re: 5406zl Frozen -
Get the switch logging to a syslog server so that if it happens again you can check the messages to find out why.
