How do I regain local control and abandon the cloud?

Кто-то при вводе в эксплуатацию выбрал управление через приложение. В итоге через веб доступно только изменение айпи-адреса и изменение менеджмент влана. Пробовали сбросить его но после сброса коммуттаор по прежнему не даёт выбрать управление локально через веб. Как вернуть управление через веб? В документаци не нашел ничего обэтом.

Have you reset or factory restore the switch?
Please backup config and factory restore the switch.



Restoring Factory Default &on
--Press and hold down for over 5 seconds, the switch will
then complete its self test and begin operating with its configuration restored to the factory default.
