Best way to upgrade HPE SAN Switches

Sample.png

We are looking to replace and upgrade existing HPE SAN switches. We have two fabrics with three switches each.

All switches are running 8.X firmware. Sw13 and sw14 are going away and are currently the Principal switches. Sw11 and sw12 are to be replaced with new sw19 and sw20. New sw17 and sw18 are to be added to the fabrics. All new switches firmware are to be upgraded to 9.X to match as well.

Above is a sample diagram. What is the best sequence of approach to minimize downtime? What should I do first? Starting from Fabric A, add sw19 and sw17 to sw15 and move cables from sw11 and sw13 one at at time? Upgrade firmware after that? TruFOS certificate sequence? Is there a better way to do this? Anything I should watch out for?
