DIMM fault light flashing amber on HP J9532A

Hi,

I wonder if anybody can help me?

I have a customer with a HP J9532A (5400) and the DIMM lights are flashing amber.

I cannot find any troubleshooting information on the internet besides lots of documets telling me it is an "operational error".  I have tried swapping the management module assuming the DIMMS are in that but the error is still occurring.      Any ideas?

Interestingly a Post about DIM issues is open here. Don't know if your issue is similar (to that described there) or not but it's worth reading IMHO.
