documenting vlan setup

Hi all,

I've taken over responsibility of a network and trying to reverse engineer the configuration of the wireless vlan because there is no documentation. I've got so far but now I've hit a bit of a brick wall so would appreciate some assistance.

I've mapped the wireless config (vlan) and can see the relevant setup on the procurve but cannot find how connection is mapped to the 2 x ADSL Routers providing Internet from the ProCurve switch

Here's a breakdown:

WirelessAP (e.g. vlan5) cabled to Module F17: vlan 5 tagged for F17, G16&17, G22&23, Trk3&4. untagged for G8

The 2 x ADSL Routers are wired to F18 (port set as 'no') and G8

When I test access via WiFi I am connected to one or the other ADSL Routers which provide DHCP.

So any help in detailing and retrieving the config would be a great because I cannot see anything explaining using the GUI - I'm wondering if I have to use the advanced telnet and commands?

Re: documenting vlan setup

The CLI is the only way to see the whole config. Telnet to the switch and issue "show run" to see the running config.
