E4800G Emergency Control

I accidentally entered a key combination at the console and am stuck on an Emergency Control menu. Anyone know how to exit out of this mode without having to restart the switch?  I've gone into each of the Display options and it just cycles me back to this menu when done. Also, what is this used for?
