Excessive ARP broadcasts on switches

I have been tracking this issue now via wireshark. It seems every time I have network issues there is nothing but a bunch of switches rebuilding arp tables and requesting a ton of them per second. It seems the switches doing the requests are my slot machine bank switches. So what I have is slot machine to the bank switch bank switch to wireless bridge and that to AP in ceiling and that back to POE switch and that switch into the core switch.

Any ideas how to either stop this from happening or a cause????
