getting 'Received Pause Frames' count very high - 328852

Problem Description: 
Hi,
 I am getting 'Received Pause Frames' count very high - 328852;
Troubleshooting Steps: 
This happened during firmware upgradation . 
I have done firmware upgradation since the device has restarted automatically. Is this cause problems in future.;

I am attaching the network diagram . The Procurve switch has rebooted automatically . Also another switch connected to this switch is frequently crashing and require manual reboot  for that .
