How can I change the mapping of 802.1p priorities to outbound port queues?
The standard queue mapping is:
CoS Queue
1,2 1
0,3 2
4,5 3
6,7 4
I want to change the queue of CoS 0 to queue 1.
CoS Queue
0,1 1
2,3 2
4,5 3
6,7 4
How can I see the current mapping and how can I change the settings?

Check the manuals for the specific switch you are using, note that changing CoS 0 to Queue 1 will give the normal traffic packets (that do not have CoS set which will default to 0) the lowest priority and forwarding Queue, the reason for classing 0 to Queue 2 is to give normal traffic a normal priority Queue not the lowest one.
