how to share controller license ?

Hi Guys,

 

I have one 'Aruba Cntrlr Per AP Capacity Lic E-LTU' license which is installed for one aruba 7010 controller. How can I share this license with another aruba 7010 controller in active/standby mode ? Thanks.
