HP 10504 : 3 x redundant PSUs burnt at a time
We found out all 3 x PSUs failed at a time. Where can we collect any history regarding the previous PSU status ( logs etc). If we send the failed PSUs to HP, can they analyse and determine the cause of the failure?

Hello!
I suggest you to open a case with HPE Networking support asap in order to analyze the situation.
Logs needed (the list is not excessive, more details may be requested):
'display diag' output from the switch after the failure
all files from 'diagfile' and 'logfile' directories. If it is an IRF stack, run 'dir /all' command and collect the files from all file systems.
Support may ask you to send defective PSUs for further analysis, but it depends on their findings during the troubleshooting.
