Hp 2910 Firmware Update Fail

Hi All,

After updgrade firmware and restart it.

i get 

Flash memory needs reprogramming or chassis could be faulty.
Use a PC as the console and perform the update procedure
from the backup floppy diskette.
If unsuccessful w/ downloading, then try replacing chassis.

i tried to change to second image but same thing.

what else can i do?

What command did you use to boot the second image? Normally it should be in good state, even if the primary one got corrupted.
