HP 2920-24: Error: DDR Training: RD LAT Region Size Too Small

Hi, I tried to upgrade the firmware from two 2920-24, which are stacked. Both switches rebooted, but the switch which was the commander, hang at boot with: I011: Error: DDR Training: RD LAT Region Size Too Small I didn't test to boot with instantly typing "0", but will try it later. At the moment all lights are up and I don't get the boot menu. I don't find anything at Google. Any suggestions? cu denny

Upgrade from which version to which version? please paste the full output of the error

hi,

unfortunately, that is the whole error message. The old firmware was 15.12.00 (the original one) and the new one is 15.18.00.10. You can also look at the screenshot, I've attached in the first post.

I tried to type "0" (zero) instantly, but doesn't help. It seems, that the bootloader itself has a problem.
